ATTENTION- please note that our butters contain only butters and oils, therefore they are heat sensitive. If you are ordering for shipment May-September, the butter will be frozen prior to shipment, placed in insulated wrapping with an ice pack. Unfortunately, these precautions may not totally eliminate all melting risk. We recommend using a quicker shipping carrier and also following the tracking information so that you can immediately retrieve the order upon arrival. If melting does occur, place the body butter in the refrigerator for about an hour and it will firm back up. The texture will no longer be whipped but the benefits and scents are not impacted.
